Role Overview
HanmiGlobal is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer for its program management and PMCM team in Saudi Arabia.
The role provides program-level civil engineering expertise, technical governance, and collaborative oversight for a major land and infrastructure development program in Riyadh.
The position reports to the Technical Manager and supports delivery of a mega multi-work-package development program for a major government entity.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and monitor civil designs across the program for compliance with approved design criteria, infrastructure strategies, statutory requirements, and operational needs.
- Review civil engineering reports, design calculations, drawings, specifications, technical studies, and engineering submissions.
- Evaluate methodologies, constructability, maintainability, operational performance, safety, and lifecycle considerations for civil infrastructure works.
- Review site development, grading, earthworks, utility corridors, infrastructure networks, and associated civil works.
- Coordinate technical reviews across civil, roads, drainage, utilities, irrigation, transportation, landscape, and other infrastructure systems.
- Review technical deviations and design modifications and assess compliance with standards and specifications.
- Assess the implications of design changes, scope modifications, value engineering proposals, and construction methodologies.
