Role Overview
Report to the Event Director and plan, coordinate, and deliver temporary structures and site services for an international championship.
Support the design, construction, maintenance, and removal of temporary infrastructure such as grandstands, broadcast facilities, and operational compounds.
Ensure installations meet safety, quality, sustainability, and international event standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day site operations before, during, and after the event.
- Coordinate venue setup, overlay installation, dismantling, and third-party certification activities.
- Manage site logistics, contractor access, and operational readiness.
- Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless site delivery.
- Monitor site safety, compliance, and adherence to event operational standards.
- Identify and resolve on-site operational issues to maintain event continuity.
- Support venue inspections, testing, and readiness activities.
- Maintain site documentation and provide operational reports throughout the project.
