Role Overview
The Concerts & Fanzone Manager plans and delivers concerts, fan zones, and live entertainment activities for major events at Lusail International Circuit.
The role works with artists, production teams, suppliers, contractors, venue teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure event readiness and smooth event-day delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan concerts, fan zones, and live entertainment activities and prepare schedules, operational plans, site plans, production requirements, and timelines.
- Coordinate artists, performers, production teams, suppliers, contractors, venue teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Oversee stages, backstage areas, audience areas, fan zones, activations, and supporting facilities.
- Coordinate staging, audio-visual, lighting, power, and event infrastructure requirements.
- Align operations, security, safety, logistics, and other teams and follow up on deliverables.
- Track budgets, lead briefings and rehearsals, conduct readiness checks, resolve issues, and support post-event reporting.
What We Are Looking For
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in concerts, live entertainment, fan zones, festivals, or large-scale events.
- Hands-on experience delivering major public events and coordinating artists, production teams, suppliers, contractors, and stakeholders.
