Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Manage resourcing needs for the upcoming project.
- Handle high-volume and specialty resourcing.
Requirements
- Minimum undergraduate education is required.
- At least five years of professional-level HR experience is required.
- Experience managing high-volume and specialty resourcing is required.
- Strong command of English is required.
- Commercial awareness is expected.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in peripheral workforce resourcing is preferred.
- Experience in rapid scaling or resizing environments, such as large-scale events, is preferred.
- Equivalent transferable experience may be considered depending on HR seniority.
- Bilingual language ability is preferred but not mandatory.
