Role Overview
Support the planning and delivery of events at Lusail International Circuit.
Work with the Event Manager and wider event team from preparation through on-site delivery.
This is a fixed-term role lasting 12 months, with possible further engagement subject to performance and organizational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Support event planning, coordination, and on-site delivery.
- Act as a day-to-day client contact for operational requirements.
- Coordinate event spaces, signage, branding, wayfinding, food and beverage locations, and other venue requirements.
- Coordinate internal teams, suppliers, and contractors to deliver requirements on time.
- Maintain schedules, documentation, accreditation information, and operational records.
- Track event assets, equipment, and furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
- Assist with venue readiness and live event-day operations.
- Support event breakdown, reconciliation, and post-event reporting.
What We’re Looking For
- At least two years of hands-on event coordination experience.
- Experience in sporting, entertainment, or other large-scale events is preferred.
