Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Direct the end-to-end planning and delivery of major international events, ensuring event readiness and successful execution.
• Lead integrated operational planning across timelines, logistics, resources, and delivery priorities.
• Lead multidisciplinary event teams with clear accountability and effective resource deployment.
• Oversee event budgets and financial performance, including cost control and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate governing bodies, sponsors, partners, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Integrate health, safety, security, and operational requirements throughout the event lifecycle.
• Coordinate site services, workforce, paddock, hospitality, fan zones, spectator services, signage, logistics, and venue operations.
• Establish event KPIs, conduct post-event evaluations, and provide performance reporting and recommendations.

Job Specification

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Sports Management, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field, or extensive relevant leadership experience in lieu of formal education.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive event management experience, including significant leadership responsibility.
• Proven senior-level experience planning and delivering major international motorsport events is required.
• Strong operational knowledge across event services, venue operations, hospitality, logistics, and related workstreams.
• Strong understanding of cross-functional dependencies, operational readiness, and event-time coordination.
• Track record in large-scale planning, multidisciplinary team leadership, stakeholder management, and budget oversight.
• Ability to coordinate multiple functional workstreams to achieve event readiness and successful delivery.
