The Site Foreman oversees daily operations on construction job sites.
The role manages crews, safety compliance, materials, schedules, quality, and communication between project managers and field teams.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily work activities of construction crews.
- Ensure work is performed safely, on time, and to company quality standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications.
- Communicate with project managers, subcontractors, and inspectors.
- Maintain accurate records of labor, materials, and progress.
- Identify potential issues and proactively solve on-site problems.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies.
Requirements
- At least three years of experience as a Site Foreman or Construction Supervisor.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read blueprints and construction documents.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- OSHA certification is preferred.
Compensation
- Salary is based on experience.
Workplace and Employment
- Employment type is full-time.
- Work location is in person in Abu Dhabi.
