Role Overview
Touq Property Services is hiring an experienced Painter for its facility management and contracting team in Abu Dhabi.
The role covers residential, commercial, maintenance, and fit-out painting work.
Location and Work Type
- The position is based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
- The job is full-time and requires in-person work.
Responsibilities
- Carry out interior and exterior painting works.
- Prepare surfaces through sanding, scraping, cleaning, and filling.
- Perform wall putty and crack repair works.
- Mix and match paints and apply primer, emulsion, enamel, and other coatings.
- Carry out touch-up and maintenance painting.
- Protect furniture, flooring, and fixtures before work begins.
- Maintain tools and keep work areas clean and organized.
- Follow site safety requirements and supervisor instructions.
Requirements
- Have at least 2 years of professional painting experience.
- Have experience with residential, commercial, maintenance, and fit-out painting work.
- UAE experience is preferred.
