We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
UAE National fresh graduate
to join our team as a
Site Engineer
- .
- This entry-level role is ideal for candidates looking to build a career in construction and infrastructure projects.
- The selected candidate will support site operations, ensure compliance with project specifications, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects safely, on time, and within quality standards.
- ****Key Responsibilities****
- Assist in day-to-day site supervision and monitor ongoing construction activities.
- Ensure work execution aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain workflow.
- Support in site inspections, quality checks, and reporting non-conformances.
- Track material deliveries, usage, and site logistics.
- Maintain accurate site records, daily reports, and progress updates.
- Assist in ensuring health, safety, and environmental (HSE) compliance on site.
- Participate in project meetings and provide updates to senior engineers.
Qualifications
- UAE National (Mandatory) with a valid Family Book.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of internship/training experience.
- Basic understanding of construction processes and site practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
- Good communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
