About the Role
Wood is recruiting a PMC Manager - Construction & Installation for an ADNOC Offshore client in Abu Dhabi. The role involves leading construction planning and execution for islands U/G civil works, onshore fabrication, and offshore transportation/installation.

- Lead the Construction team to support objectives and strategies
- Champion safety in all construction aspects
- Manage On Island Construction teams
- Manage Contractor's construction planning and execution
- Establish construction organization and coordinate resourcing
- Steward development of Integrated Safety Plan for construction
- Manage interface with ADNOC Offshore OPCO for brownfield works
- Report construction progress and issues to Project Team
- Lead construction planning teams to identify vulnerabilities
- Mentor and train UAE Nationals in construction management
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree is essential
- Offshore Experience along with brownfield experience
- Minimum of 20 years of experience on large oil and gas projects including offshore
- Excellent leadership and communication skills

Job Description
- Wood is currently recruiting for an experienced PMC Manager Construction & Installation with extensive experience in the oil and Gas industry for ADNOC Offshore client in Abu Dhabi.
- The position will be based full time at client office in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Construction team to support the objectives and strategies.
- Champion safety in all construction aspects.
- Manage the On Island Construction teams.
- Manage the Contractor's construction planning and execution efforts.
- Establish a construction organization to implement project execution plans.
- Ensure Contractor and Subcontractors are compliant with project safety expectations.
- Steward the development of an Integrated Safety Plan for construction.
- Manage the interface with ADNOC Offshore OPCO to execute brownfield works.
- Report construction progress, performance, initiatives and issues.
- Lead construction planning teams to identify vulnerabilities and opportunities.
- Take a leadership role in mentoring and training UAE Nationals.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree is essential.

- Minimum of 20 years of experience on large oil and gas projects including offshore.
