Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, etc.)
- Minimum 15 years of work experience with large EPC projects
- 5+ years of GCC / ADNOC experience preferred
- Very good command of English language – spoken & written
- Experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry
- Ability to independently execute all procurement tasks

Job Description
- Worley is a global professional services company of energy, chemicals and resources experts.
- The Specialist Procurement Engineer will report to the Procurement Manager and support integrated procurement plans.
Accountabilities & Responsibilities
- Prepare internal procurement related plans and procedures.
- Ensure contractor develops project related procurement and subcontracting plans.
- Review and approve contractor's procurement and subcontracting plans.
- Monitor contractor compliance with procurement obligations.
- Review technical bid evaluations, award recommendations, and other procurement documentation.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams including Engineering, Construction, Project Control.
- Develop and maintain internal status reports for procurement activities.
- Identify procurement related risks and propose mitigation strategies.
Minimum Qualification
- 4 years Engineering Degree.
- Very good command of English language – spoken & written.
Minimum Experience, Knowledge & Skills
- Minimum 15 years of work experience with large EPC project.
- 5+ years of GCC / ADNOC experience is preferred.
- Minimum 5+ years of work experience with large EPC projects.
- Experience in Petrochemical and Oil & Gas industries preferred.
- Very good knowledge of all procurement related aspects.
- Ability to independently execute all procurement tasks.
- Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering disciplines.
