Role Overview
The Site Engineer supervises and manages daily MEP installation works on swimming pool project sites.
The role coordinates subcontractors, site laborers, technical teams, materials, quality checks, and safety compliance.
Responsibilities
- Supervise MEP installation works and monitor subcontractor and site labor productivity, quality, and safety.
- Interpret shop drawings, method statements, and construction documents for pool MEP systems.
- Coordinate MEP integration with civil, finishing, and landscaping teams.
- Prepare Inspection Requests and follow up on RFIs and technical queries.
- Participate in testing, pre-commissioning, and commissioning of pumps, filtration, dosing, heating, and underwater lighting systems.
- Verify materials against approved submittals and maintain material tracking records.
- Conduct toolbox talks, enforce PPE and HSE compliance, and report unsafe conditions, incidents, and near misses.
- Maintain daily site reports, manpower logs, progress photographs, equipment records, and progress reports.
