Oversee execution of architectural works across luxury residential developments.
Ensure construction follows approved designs, project specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise architectural works on-site for compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor construction quality and contractor performance against approved methodologies and schedules.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, internal teams, and related disciplines to resolve issues.
- Review shop drawings, material submittals, samples, mock-ups, RFIs, site instructions, and variations.
- Conduct inspections, maintain records, and prepare reports covering progress, quality, and corrective actions.
- Verify completed works and support consultant inspections, testing, snagging, de-snagging, and handover.
- Ensure finishes and detailing meet approved concepts, luxury standards, UAE regulations, and safety requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Site Architect.
- Experience in luxury residential, hospitality, or mixed-use developments is preferred.
- UAE project experience and luxury UAE real estate experience are preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, finishing works, and material specifications.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; Revit knowledge is an advantage.
- Familiarity with local authority requirements and UAE building codes.
- Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, planning, and documentation skills.
