Oversee and coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering activities across building and villa development projects.
Ensure MEP designs, installations, and coordination meet project requirements, approved standards, and regulatory codes.
Support multidisciplinary coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and coordinate MEP designs, drawings, and technical submissions for compliance with project specifications and standards.
- Oversee MEP engineering activities during design development and construction phases.
- Coordinate with architectural, structural, and other engineering disciplines to resolve design and interface issues.
- Review method statements, material submittals, and technical documents related to MEP works.
- Provide engineering support during site execution and commissioning stages.
- Ensure MEP works comply with applicable codes, regulations, and client requirements.
- Support consultants and contractors in resolving technical challenges and maintaining quality standards.
- Participate in design reviews, technical meetings, and coordination workshops.
- Monitor MEP work progress and support timely resolution of technical issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- 12–15 years of relevant experience in MEP engineering within building and villa development projects.
