Carry out preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on building systems and equipment.
Support uninterrupted operation of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and general building assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance across assigned properties and systems.
- Attend to daily work orders and assigned maintenance tasks.
- Diagnose faults and repair complex electrical and mechanical systems.
- Maintain and repair HVAC equipment, lighting networks, water systems, pumps, and motors.
- Complete minor repairs for doors, locks, ceilings, and fixtures.
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and restore service with minimal delay.
- Update maintenance records, work-order logs, and asset databases.
- Use tools properly and wear appropriate personal protective equipment.
Job Requirements
- ITI or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- At least 3 years of active experience in facilities management or property maintenance operations.
Core Technical Skills
- Strong practical knowledge of electrical and mechanical maintenance.
- Solid understanding of HVAC systems and refrigeration basics.
- Expertise in fault diagnosis, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance processes.
- High safety awareness, including risk assessment and safety protocol execution.
Performance Indicators
Resolve issues on the first attempt without recurring faults.
Meet service-level response and resolution times for urgent and reactive repairs.
Achieve high completion rates for scheduled preventive maintenance.
Reduce repeat technical faults through quality work.
Adhere strictly to safety standards with zero safety infractions.
