- Welcome all customers entering the showroom in a warm, friendly, and professional manner
- Guide customers to the appropriate Sales Consultant based on their inquiry
- Ensure customers feel comfortable and welcome in the showroom
- Offer refreshments when applicable and maintain a welcoming environment
- Manage waiting customers and ensure they are attended to in a timely manner
- Inform available Sales Consultants about new customer arrivals
- Maintain a smooth flow of customer allocation to the sales team
- Support showroom staff during busy periods or events
- Record customer details in the visitor log or CRM system when required
- Identify customer needs at a basic level before directing them to relevant staff
- Assist with general customer inquiries about showroom services
- Ensure the reception and waiting area are clean, organized, and presentable
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or reception is an advantage
- Fresh candidates with strong communication skills may be considered
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Role Description
- The Showroom Greeter is responsible for welcoming customers visiting the car showroom and ensuring they receive a positive first impression of the company.

Compensation
- Pay: AED2,362.12 AED5,279.30 per month
