Position Overview

  • Deloitte Global’s ServiceNow Centre of Excellence (CoE) is seeking a Technical Product Owner who combines deep ServiceNow development expertise with strong business analysis and product ownership capabilities.
  • This role is not a pure developer position; the ideal candidate will operate at the intersection of technology, product strategy, and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end to end product backlog for HRSD features and enhancements.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to elicit and refine functional and technical requirements.
  • Drive prioritization based on business value, impact, and technical feasibility.
  • Design and oversee development of ServiceNow HRSD solutions ensuring scalability, reusability, and alignment with platform best practices.
  • Provide hands on guidance for Business rules, script includes, workflows, integrations and Data model design and configuration.
  • Partner with engineering teams to drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release readiness.
  • Act as the primary liaison between business, architecture, and engineering teams.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI (Now Assist, VA) and automation and self service capabilities.

Required Skills

  • 4 6 years of ServiceNow experience, including strong HRSD exposure.
  • Proven expertise in ServiceNow development (scripts, workflows, integrations) and system design and configuration.
  • Demonstrated experience as technical business analyst / lead developer with functional ownership.
  • ServiceNow certifications: Certified System Administrator (CSA).
  • Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical design.
  • Experience managing backlog and prioritization.

Preferred Skills

  • ServiceNow certifications: Certified Implementation Specialist HRSD or Certified Application Developer.
  • Experience with ServiceNow Service Portal, Employee Center and platform widgets.
  • Experience with AI/VA/Now Assist capabilities.

Total Rewards

  • The salary range for this position is CAD 69,000 CAD 114,000.
  • Individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
  • Benefits include CAD 4,000 per year for mental health support, CAD 1,300 flexible benefit spending account, firm wide closures (Deloitte Days), and learning days.
