Responsibilities
- Demonstrate strong technical knowledge of MV and LV electrical distribution networks, including switchgear, protection relays, and associated equipment
- Provide expert technical and commercial guidance on ABB's Electrification Service portfolio solutions
- Support sales teams during customer meetings, technical presentations, negotiations, and bid clarifications
- Prepare and coordinate high quality technical and commercial proposals aligned with customer requirements
- Ensure all proposals meet commercial, legal, technical, and pricing standards while maintaining competitiveness
- Develop solution costing, assess commercial viability, and contribute to bid/no bid decisions and risk assessments
- Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure timely delivery of accurate and competitive offers
- Provide technical and commercial support to the sales organization to develop optimized, customer focused service solutions
- Coordinate customer communication and follow ups to enhance customer engagement and improve win rates on LCM services
- Analyze customer requirements and translate them into tailored technical and commercial solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent professional qualification
- Minimum 5+ years of hands on experience in solutions tendering and proposal development
- Strong English communication and negotiation skills (written and verbal)
- Strong technical expertise in MV/LV electrical distribution networks and switchgear applications
- Background in digital solutions or Industry 4.0 technologies
- Strong expertise in selling advisory services and Life Cycle Management (LCM) solutions
- Experience with sales enablement tools and CRM platforms

Your Role And Responsibilities
- To support the Sales organization and customers through the proposal process by providing accurate technical descriptions, competitive cost determination, and high quality documentation for Standard (STD) and Configure to Order (CTO) offerings.
- Serving as a trusted technical resource that enables effective sales execution and superior customer experience.
Main Accountabilities
- Demonstrating strong technical knowledge of Medium Voltage (MV) and Low Voltage (LV) electrical distribution networks, including switchgear, protection relays, and associated electrical equipment.
- Providing expert technical and commercial guidance on ABB's Electrification Service portfolio solutions.
- Supporting sales teams during customer meetings, technical presentations, negotiations, and bid clarifications.
- Preparing and coordinating high quality technical and commercial proposals aligned with customer requirements, ABB guidelines, and business objectives.
- Ensuring all proposals meet commercial, legal, technical, and pricing standards while maintaining competitiveness.
- Developing solution costing, assessing commercial viability, and contribute to bid/no bid decisions and risk assessments.
- Coordinating internal and external resources to ensure timely delivery of accurate and competitive offers.

Qualifications For The Role
