About the Role

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the marketing strategy for the assigned area, aligning with business area/division sales objectives and budget.
- Lead product, industry, channel, and campaign marketing activities, including strategic and tactical marketing plans.
- Drive end to end demand generation and customer engagement through global and local marketing campaigns.
- Enhance marketing effectiveness through innovation, performance management, and risk mitigation, leveraging AI.
- Define, track, analyze, and report key performance indicators and quality metrics for all marketing programs and campaigns.
- Ensure measurable business impact and continuous improvement by reviewing campaign outcomes and providing insights.
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience in electrical solutions, smart building automation, energy management, low voltage power distribution, and related industrial sectors across the Middle East.
- Proficient in digital marketing, marketing automation, and analytics, with hands on expertise in Salesforce CRM, HubSpot (or similar), Google Analytics, CMS platforms, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of smart building, electrification, energy, and IoT technologies.
- Skilled in translating complex technical solutions into compelling value propositions and market narratives.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Proven ability to build strategic partnerships and drive regional growth.
