We are looking for a motivated Service Engineer (Biomedical) to join our team in Dubai. The role involves installing, maintaining, and servicing medical equipment at customer sites.

Responsibilities
- Install, commission, test, and maintain medical equipment at customer sites
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions
- Maintain accurate service reports, maintenance records, and documentation
- Coordinate with customers to schedule service visits and provide technical support
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines and company quality standards
- Assist in product demonstrations, installations, and user training when required
- Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to ensure excellent customer service
- Adhere to all safety, regulatory, and company policies during service activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related engineering discipline
- 1 3 years of UAE experience in the maintenance and servicing of medical equipment
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage field service assignments
- Valid UAE driving license and car
