Overview

- We are seeking a strategic and hands on leader to oversee the delivery of exceptional lifestyle services for our high net worth Arabic clientele.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and develop a high performing team to deliver premium lifestyle experiences to Arabic HNW members.
- Ensure service excellence, proactively enhancing efficiency, quality, and member satisfaction.
- Collaborate across global teams, aligning service delivery with business objectives and industry trends.
- Resolve high level escalations, ensuring swift, tailored solutions for our discerning clientele.
- Drive continuous improvement, refining processes to exceed member expectations.
What We’re Looking For
- Deep knowledge of luxury lifestyle services, including hospitality, travel, and premium experiences.
- Active awareness of Arabic luxury markets, ensuring service excellence and innovation.
- Ability to bridge Proposition and Lifestyle teams, setting and exceeding industry standards.
- Strong people management skills, leading high performing teams across multiple locations.
- A mentor and motivator, driving engagement, growth, and professional excellence.
- Cross functional leadership experience, ensuring alignment across global teams.
- Results driven mindset, focused on member satisfaction, efficiency, and SLAs.
