- Manage end to end member requests, delivering tailored recommendations and exceptional service within agreed timeframes
- Use destination knowledge, supplier network and negotiation skills to secure the best travel, dining and lifestyle experiences
- Build strong relationships with members and suppliers to deliver seamless, personalised service
- Promote Ten's wider lifestyle services, identifying opportunities across travel, tickets, retail and other concierge offerings
- Resolve member queries and service recovery issues with professionalism and a customer first mindset
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all member interactions are updated in real time
- Gather member feedback and identify opportunities to continuously improve the member experience
- Maximise commercial opportunities by identifying commissionable bookings where appropriate
- Consistently deliver the high standards of service expected by luxury and affluent clientele
Requirements
- Fluent in English, Arabic and French with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Several years' experience in the travel industry (tour operator or travel agency) or minimum 3 years in luxury concierge, hospitality or high end customer service
- Previous experience booking flights, hotels and other travel arrangements is highly desirable
- Solid GDS experience, preferably Amadeus, with excellent knowledge of the Middle East (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Doha) and key destinations across Asia
- Strong understanding of luxury lifestyle services and expectations of affluent and high net worth clients
- Exceptional customer service, communication and relationship building skills
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and proactive problem solving approach
- Strong online research skills and ability to source tailored recommendations quickly
- Able to work effectively in a fast paced environment, managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines
- Passionate about travel, luxury, dining, events, culture and lifestyle experiences
- Available to work on a full time basis

Role Overview
- We're looking for a professional, motivated and customer focused Luxury Travel Consultant to join our luxury concierge team in the UAE.
- In this role, you'll deliver exceptional, personalised service to our high net worth members, managing a wide variety of lifestyle requests across travel, dining, retail, entertainment and exclusive experiences, with a strong focus on the Middle East market.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Shift Patterns
- Rotational shifts 5 days a week example either Tuesday Saturday / or Sunday Thursday; 9 hours including 1 hour of lunch break. Day shift hours to be discussed in interview.
Guidelines for Hybrid/Home Office option
- If you live within a commutable distance of the office you will be asked to enter into a hybrid working arrangement, with up to 60% Home Office possibility.
- A secure home office at your confirmed address, free from background noise or other distractions.
- Internet service must meet minimum requirements and minimum speed check must be complete.
