Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for premium customers, delivering high quality customer service during overnight hours
- Advise premium customers via phone and email in Arabic and English
- Process customer requests end to end, from offer preparation through to billing, including individual travel arrangements as well as restaurant and club reservations, gift organization, tickets, spa and fitness bookings, yacht charters, flowers, transport, sightseeing, and related services
- Make reservations with restaurants, airlines, hotels, and destination management agencies
- Prepare tailor made travel offers and documents, create detailed itineraries, manage visa applications, and handle all related administrative processes
- Proactively inform and inspire customers about exclusive promotions and events, ensuring they benefit from unique and curated opportunities
Requirements
- Excellent language skills in professional Arabic and English, written and spoken (C2 according to The Common European Framework)
- Completed tertiary qualification or equivalent training, ideally in the field of tourism
- Several years of professional experience in the travel industry, a tour operator or in a travel agency, or at least 3 years of professional experience in luxury concierge, hospitality or high end customer service
- Excellent global destination knowledge
- Available on a full time basis (40hrs per week) working permanent night shifts between 20:00 10:00 hours local Riyadh time, Monday to Sunday on a rotational shift basis

- To complement our team in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, we are looking for an Arabic speaking Dedicated Luxury Travel Consultant in the area of Luxury Lifestyle Management to cover our overnight shifts.

Your Profile
- You have excellent language skills in professional Arabic and English, in written and spoken (C2 according to The Common European Framework).

- Are service oriented, flexible and able to work under pressure.
