Refurbishment
- function as a
- Service Advisor.
- What would you do while you work with us?
- Welcome customers like they just pulled into the VIP lane—professional, polished, and prompt.
- Pop the hood on customer concerns—listen closely and document service needs with precision.
- Break down recommended repairs like a trusted service manual—clear, honest, and jargon-free.
- Keep customers in the driver’s seat—provide regular status updates and follow up like clockwork.
- Maintain repair orders and job cards with the accuracy of a finely tuned engine.
- Arabic Speaker is a plus!
- What are we looking for?
- Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably with authorized dealers or high-end/reputed service centers.
- Someone who looks the part and talks the torque—presentable with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong technical know-how under the hood—able to connect with both customers and technicians.
- Graduate or Diploma holder, preferably in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.
- Must be detail-oriented.
