About the Role
Cars24 Arabia is looking for a PRO (Public Relations Officer) to handle vehicle registration, renewals, ownership transfers, and government liaison in Dubai. The role requires 3-5 years of UAE PRO experience with RTA vehicle registration processes and a valid UAE driving license.

Responsibilities
- Support end to end handling of vehicle registration, renewals, and ownership transfers with relevant authorities
- Manage lease to own related documentation, including registration of lease/mortgage notations and final ownership transfers
- Coordinate Salik tagging, plate issuance or replacement, and vehicle possession or clearance certificates
- Arrange vehicle inspection, passing, de registration, and export related processes as required
- Liaise with Dubai Police, traffic departments, insurance providers, and finance partners to ensure smooth vehicle file processing
- Handle trade license renewals and amendments, along with establishment card, Chamber of Commerce, and Ejari related updates
- Process staff visa, labour, and Emirates ID related transactions in line with UAE regulations
- Maintain accurate trackers for expiry dates, renewals, and compliance documents
- Build strong working relationships with government offices, typing centres, and external service providers
Requirements
- 3–5 years of UAE PRO experience, with hands on exposure to RTA vehicle registration and related government processes
- Strong knowledge of UAE labour, immigration, licensing, and authority procedures
- Valid UAE driving license
- High school diploma minimum; bachelor’s degree is an advantage
- Highly organized, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and urgency
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management and follow up skills
