Responsibilities
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex IT support issues across hardware, software, network, and communication systems
- Manage and maintain enterprise network infrastructure including Fortinet and SonicWALL firewalls, Cisco switches and wireless access points, Avaya PBX systems, Genesys servers, and PRI lines
- Administer and support Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Cortex Antivirus, Genesys Cloud (PureCloud), Avaya PBX
- Design, implement, and enhance IT infrastructure solutions aligned with business requirements
- Evaluate IT projects, recommend technology upgrades, and assess budgetary implications
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all IT related issues and provide timely technical support
- Manage relationships with external vendors, service providers, and technology partners
- Provide remote and onsite support for software applications, hardware devices, and enterprise systems
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets, licenses, warranties, and inventory
- Monitor system performance, security, and availability to minimize downtime
- Develop and maintain IT documentation, policies, procedures, and standard operating practices
- Ensure compliance with organizational IT security standards and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- At least 2 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure, network administration, and technical support roles
- Hands on experience with Fortinet and SonicWALL firewalls, Cisco networking equipment, Avaya PBX systems, Genesys Pure Cloud, and PRI connectivity
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack, antivirus management
- Experience in vendor management and IT project implementation
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment

What Will You Be Doing in the Driver’s Seat?
