- Support end to end handling of vehicle registration, renewals, and ownership transfers
- Manage lease to own documentation and final ownership transfers
- Coordinate Salik tagging, plate issuance, and vehicle possession certificates
- Arrange vehicle inspection, de registration, and export processes
- Liaise with Dubai Police, traffic departments, insurance, and finance partners
- Handle trade license renewals, establishment card, and Ejari updates
- Process staff visa, labour, and Emirates ID transactions
- Maintain accurate trackers for expiry dates and compliance documents
Requirements
- 3–5 years of UAE PRO experience with RTA vehicle registration and government processes
- Strong knowledge of UAE labour, immigration, licensing, and authority procedures
- Valid UAE driving license
- High school diploma minimum; bachelor's degree preferred
- Highly organized and detail oriented
