ROLE

  • You will own the auction funnel end to end — from the moment a vehicle is routed to auction after inspection, through to sale, payment, and delivery.
  • The mandate is to grow dealer participation, maximise margin, keep inventory exposure tight, and build the auction channel into a stronger lever for CARS24 Arabia.
  • You will lead the Dealer Relationship Management team and work hand in hand with Procurement, Pricing, Assortment, Product, Operations, Finance, and Delivery.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN

  • Run the full funnel from listing to sale, payment, and delivery; hit sales, margin, conversion, and delivery targets.
  • Ensure enough dealer participation on every listing to drive genuine price discovery.
  • Support inventory buying decisions with timely auctions and reliable dealer bids.
  • Review low participation, unsold, low margin, and delayed cases — and fix the root cause.
  • Lead the DRM and onboarding team; set coverage, participation, sales, margin, and onboarding targets.
  • Own the dealer relationship — be the face of CARS24 in the market.
  • Grow daily participation and unique transacting dealers; reduce dependency on a handful of top dealers.
  • Build dealer pools across makes, models, price bands, and categories.
  • Hold dealers to bidding, payment, documentation, and collection discipline.
  • Onboard, activate, and retain dealers — get new dealers to first transaction fast.
  • Reactivate dormant and low frequency dealers.
  • Design engagement campaigns, incentive programmes, and targeted auction formats, including physical auction channels.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Experience in automotive auctions, used car sales, dealer management, procurement, or automotive marketplaces.
  • Strong commercial grip on pricing, margin, conversion, and inventory risk.
  • Track record managing dealer facing, sales, or field teams through structured reviews and operating discipline.
  • Sharp relationship management and negotiation skills — you can hold a dealer to their commitments and keep them coming back.
  • Analytical and cross functional; able to turn market feedback into pricing, product, and assortment decisions.
  • Knowledge of the UAE dealer ecosystem is a strong plus.

  • Commercial: Auction sales & deliveries · margin per vehicle · conversion and closure rate · contribution to inspection to procurement conversion
  • Dealer Network: Daily active dealers · avg. participating dealers per vehicle · monthly unique participating and transacting dealers · new dealers activated · dormant dealers reactivated · dependency on top dealers
  • Inventory & Ops: Unsold inventory count & value vs. limits · ageing and liquidation TAT · listing to sale, sale to payment, sale to delivery TAT · dealer payment and collection compliance · post sale fallout rate
  • Team & Impact: DRM productivity vs. target · dealer coverage and meeting frequency · incremental sales from new initiatives · assortment expansion · adoption of dealer app improvements
