- Resolve day to day hardware, software, and network issues
- Provide IT support to employees for queries and troubleshooting
- Maintain inventory of IT equipment (laptops, phones, sim cards)
- Track allocation, usage, and return of IT assets
- Assist in managing networks, servers, and cloud based systems
- Install, update, and patch software to keep systems secure
- Maintain records of IT assets, licenses, and service requests
- Prepare regular reports on IT operations and asset status
- Work with vendors for procurement, maintenance, and support services
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth IT operations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or asset management
- Good knowledge of hardware, software, and networking
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Integrity and reliability in handling company assets and sensitive data

What Will You Be Doing in the Driver’s Seat?
