- Meet potential clients in person, online, or at event venues
- Conduct professional consultations to understand client requirements, budgets, and expectations
- Present the company's services, event concepts, portfolios, and proposals
- Build trust and confidence with clients throughout the sales process
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings through effective sales techniques
- Follow up with all leads until the sale is successfully closed
- Maintain a high conversion rate from inquiries to confirmed events
- Build long term relationships with clients through exceptional customer service
- Respond promptly to inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media
- Maintain detailed records of all client communications in the CRM system
- Prepare quotations and customized event proposals
- Explain packages, pricing, terms, and optional upgrades
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the UAE wedding and events industry
- Proven history of closing high value wedding and event contracts
- Excellent face to face sales and negotiation skills
- Strong presentation and communication abilities
- Ability to confidently manage high profile and VIP clients
- Experience preparing proposals, quotations, and contracts
- Strong understanding of wedding planning and event production
- Excellent customer service and relationship building skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet monthly sales targets
- Valid UAE driving license preferred
- Arabic and English fluency is highly preferred

Client Relationship Management

Proposal & Contract Management
- Prepare quotations and customized event proposals.

- Negotiate pricing while protecting company profitability.
- Prepare contracts and secure deposits and payment schedules.
Coordination
- Work closely with the Wedding Planning, Design, Production, Operations, and Finance teams.
- Conduct handover meetings after contracts are signed to ensure smooth project execution.
- Attend venue visits and client meetings when required.
Business Development
- Generate new business through referrals and networking.
- Develop relationships with hotels, wedding venues, event organizers, and corporate clients.
- Attend exhibitions, wedding shows, and networking events to generate leads.
Requirements
