Position Overview

Pickup and Delivery Operations

• Execute timely pickup and delivery across assigned territories while meeting service commitments.
• Handle, load, transport, and deliver customer shipments accurately.
• Optimize routes, improve first-attempt delivery success, and support branch operations during peak periods.

Customer Service and Brand

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and represent the Blue Dart brand professionally.
• Build relationships with regular customers and business accounts.
• Resolve routine concerns, escalate complex issues, and maintain professional conduct and uniform compliance.

COD and Documentation

• Collect and reconcile Cash on Delivery payments accurately and remit collections on time.
• Obtain Proof of Delivery and complete shipment documentation accurately.
• Maintain compliance with documentation requirements and avoid cash or shipment discrepancies.

Operational Excellence and Safety

• Use handheld scanners and digital applications for shipment updates and exception handling.
• Follow SOPs, road safety regulations, statutory requirements, and Blue Dart safety standards.
• Report incidents, maintain assigned vehicles or two-wheelers, and ensure driving licences and statutory documents remain valid.

Team Support and Collaboration

• Support induction and on-the-job training for newly joined TSRs.
• Guide team members on procedures, customer interactions, and safety practices.
• Coordinate with Shift In-charges, Operations Supervisors, branch teams, inbound teams, outbound teams, and customer service teams.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum 8th Standard pass; 10th Pass or higher is preferred.
• Three to six years of relevant experience in courier, express logistics, last-mile delivery, or field operations.
• Experience with customer deliveries, pickups, COD handling, and route management is required.
• Handheld scanner or digital delivery application experience is preferred.

Eligibility Requirements

• Minimum age is 18 years and a valid two-wheeler or four-wheeler driving licence is required.
• A personal two-wheeler must be owned where deployment requires it under company policy.
• Candidates must be physically fit for field operations and willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
