Position Overview

Shipment Processing

• Receive, segregate, sort, and process inbound and outbound shipments.
• Perform scanning, bagging, tagging, and labelling activities.
• Support safe loading and unloading of shipments.
• Assist with reconciliation and manifest verification.

Documentation and Operational Support

• Perform basic data entry and shipment updates using approved systems.
• Verify labels, manifests, and operational documentation.
• Report discrepancies and maintain accurate operational records.
• Support shift in-charges, peak-volume operations, and contingency requirements.

Safety and Workplace Conduct

• Follow standard operating procedures and safety, security, and quality standards.
• Handle customer shipments carefully and use personal protective equipment where applicable.
• Maintain punctuality, hygiene, grooming, uniform, identity card, and professional conduct.
• Work collaboratively and participate in briefings, safety meetings, and training.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum 10th Standard pass.
• Fresher or up to 2 years of relevant experience in logistics, warehousing, courier, manufacturing, retail operations, or similar environments.
• Higher educational qualifications are an added advantage.

Eligibility Requirements

• Physically fit for standing, walking, lifting, and moving shipments throughout the shift.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Basic English reading, computer, handheld scanner, or mobile application skills.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.

Location and Travel

• The role may be based at a branch, service centre, hub, warehouse, or processing unit.
