Role Overview

Source and deliver top-tier IT talent for contract and permanent roles.

Use UAE market knowledge and fast turnaround to manage end-to-end recruitment processes.

The role reports to the Delivery Manager or Head of Service Delivery.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Experience listed as 5+ years in the role description.
  • Minimum 3 years of UAE IT recruitment experience is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of UAE hiring trends, notice periods, candidate availability, and visa categories.
  • Experience in contract staffing and permanent hiring.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple roles simultaneously.

Talent Sourcing and Screening

  • Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, networking, referrals, and internal databases.
  • Build pipelines for cloud, cybersecurity, SAP, DevOps, data, full-stack, and other IT skill sets.
  • Maintain accurate candidate database information.
  • Screen IT professionals for technical expertise, project experience, communication skills, and cultural fit.
  • Validate availability, notice period, salary expectations, and certifications.
  • Prepare structured candidate summaries for client submissions.

Requirement and Candidate Management

  • Collaborate with business development and delivery teams on urgent and niche roles.
  • Prioritize requirements based on turnaround time and client expectations.
  • Manage sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Provide job insights and interview preparation guidance to candidates.
  • Maintain warm candidate relationships to reduce dropouts and improve joining success.

Reporting and Coordination

  • Track and report daily or weekly submissions, interviews, offers, and joinings.
  • Maintain structured data in ATS/CRM systems.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery.

Technical Recruitment Coverage

  • Java, .NET, Python, React, and Node.
  • AWS, Azure, and GCP cloud technologies.
  • SAP modules including FICO, MM, SD, ABAP, BASIS, and HCM.
  • Cybersecurity, network security, data engineering, BI, and AI/ML.
  • DevOps, SRE, and QA automation testing.

Success is measured through qualified submissions, interview ratios, offer-to-joining ratios, closures, turnaround time, client satisfaction, and delivery consistency.
