Implement, configure, and support SAP Global Trade Services solutions.
Help ensure compliant and efficient global trade operations in Abu Dhabi.
Key responsibilities
- Lead SAP GTS implementation projects from blueprinting to go-live.
- Configure Customs Management, Compliance Management, and Trade Preference modules.
- Integrate SAP GTS with SAP S/4HANA, ECC, SD, MM, and other modules.
- Set up sanctioned party screening, embargo checks, and license management.
- Optimize customs processes and trade preference utilization.
- Define trade compliance requirements with business teams.
- Prepare functional specifications, test scripts, and user training materials.
- Support system upgrades, patches, and continuous improvements.
Required qualifications and experience
- Six or more years of SAP GTS experience.
- At least two full-cycle SAP GTS implementations.
- Strong hands-on experience with Compliance Management, Customs Management, and Trade Preference Management.
- Integration experience with SAP S/4HANA or ECC and SD/MM modules.
- Good understanding of EAR, ITAR, and dual-use export control regulations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field.
Preferred qualifications
- Knowledge of ABAP debugging and Fiori apps.
- Experience in defense, aerospace, or technology industries.
- UAE-based candidates or candidates willing to relocate immediately.
- SAP GTS certification.
