Role Overview

Cinergie Digital is hiring a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead large-scale airline systems programmes.

The role covers reservation, inventory, and revenue-management domains across multiple airline customers.

Salary

  • The salary is AED 25,000–28,000 per month.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead airline reservation and revenue-management projects from scoping and planning through deployment and hypercare.
  • Manage multiple customer engagements and align requirements, timelines, resourcing, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate solution providers, GDS partners, and technology vendors.
  • Oversee migrations, API integrations, EDIFACT/NDC message flows, cutovers, data reconciliation, and rollback readiness.
  • Manage risks, change control, stakeholder communication, KPIs, budgets, and delivery performance.
  • Ensure compliance with IATA, PADIS, and NDC standards and internal quality frameworks.
  • Translate business needs into technical requirements for engineering and product teams.

Required Technical Skills

  • Hands-on airline reservation, PSS, GDS, revenue-management, or inventory-control platform delivery experience is required.
  • Working knowledge of EDIFACT, NDC, API integrations, and large-system migrations is required.
  • Experience with SDLC, Agile, Waterfall, vendor management, risk management, change control, and budgets is required.
  • Familiarity with IATA, PADIS, and NDC standards is required.

Candidate Profile

  • 8+ years of project management experience with complex enterprise or multi-stakeholder programmes.
  • Ability to manage multiple customers and vendors without losing delivery quality or stakeholder trust.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and senior stakeholder-management skills.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or a recognised Agile certification is a plus.
