• 🔹 Key Requirements:
• 15+ years of experience in technical management within leading contracting companies in the UAE/Dubai
• Strong background in high-rise towers, residential, commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use developments
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Strong knowledge of Dubai authorities’ requirements, engineering standards, and construction regulations
• Extensive experience in design coordination, shop drawings, material approvals, and technical compliance
• Proven ability in value engineering, problem-solving, and technical risk management
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and fast-track construction programs simultaneously
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM processes, engineering software, and project management systems
• 🔹 Main Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the company’s technical and engineering department
• Oversee design coordination between consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams
• Ensure timely preparation and submission of shop drawings, technical documents, and material approvals
• Monitor technical compliance with project specifications, authorities, and contractual requirements
• Support project teams in resolving technical issues and construction challenges
• Lead value engineering initiatives to optimize cost, quality, and construction efficiency
• Coordinate with planning, procurement, QA/QC, commercial, and project management departments
• Follow up on authorities’ approvals and ensure timely technical clearances
• Develop and improve technical procedures, standards, and workflows within the organization
