Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in procurement and purchasing within major contracting/construction companies in the UAE/GCC
- Strong experience in high rise towers, residential, commercial, and mixed use developments
- Excellent knowledge of UAE/Dubai suppliers, subcontractors, construction materials, and market pricing
- Proven expertise in procurement strategy, tendering, commercial negotiations, supply chain management, and cost optimization
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- CIPS/PMP certifications are an advantage

Role Description
- Full time on site role for a Procurement Engineer based in Dubai.
- Responsible for sourcing materials and services, evaluating suppliers, managing purchase orders, preparing RFQs, and ensuring cost effective purchasing.
- Collaborates closely with internal teams and external suppliers to maintain efficient procurement operations.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in procurement & purchasing within major contracting/construction companies in the UAE/GCC.
- Strong experience in high rise towers, residential, commercial, and mixed use developments.
- Excellent knowledge of UAE/Dubai suppliers, subcontractors, construction materials, and market pricing.
- Proven expertise in procurement strategy, tendering, commercial negotiations, supply chain management, and cost optimization.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
