A leading Main Contracting Company in Dubai is looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Cost Engineer to join our growing team for major construction projects across the UAE.

We are seeking professionals with strong experience in cost control, budgeting, project financial monitoring, and construction cost management within reputed main contracting companies.

✔ 5–10 years of experience in Main Contracting Companies within UAE/GCC

✔ Strong background in construction cost control and project budgeting

✔ Experience in large-scale construction projects including high-rise, commercial, villa, and mixed-use developments

✔ Ability to monitor project costs, variations, cash flow, and budget performance

✔ Experience in subcontractor payment evaluation and cost reporting

✔ Strong analytical and reporting skills

✔ Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and cost control reporting tools

✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field

✔ UAE experience is mandatory

✔Preferred candidates with previous experience in reputed companies in Dubai
