Requirements
- 5 10 years of experience as a Document Controller in Main Contracting Companies within UAE (mandatory)
- Proven experience handling full project documentation lifecycle from start up to final handover
- Strong knowledge of construction document control procedures, transmittals, submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, material approvals, and correspondence tracking
- Extensive experience using document control systems such as Aconex, Procore, EDMS, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar
- Proficiency in MS Office and document management software
- Excellent organizational and communication skills

Role Description
- We are seeking a meticulous and organized Document Controller to join our team in Dubai on a full time, on site basis.
- The Document Controller will be responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining all project related documents and records.
Key Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience as a Document Controller in Main Contracting Companies within UAE (mandatory).
- Proven experience handling full project documentation lifecycle from project start up to final handover.
- Strong knowledge of construction document control procedures, transmittals, submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, material approvals, and correspondence tracking.
- Extensive experience using document control systems and applications such as Aconex, Procore, EDMS, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar platforms.
- Ability to maintain accurate records, logs, and document tracking systems.
- Strong coordination skills with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and document management software.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple department records efficiently.
- Maintain documents logging, archiving and regular inspections and closure.
