About the Role
Ground Up Construction is hiring an experienced Project Engineer (Civil) with minimum 10 years of experience in building construction projects within the UAE.

Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise daily construction activities on site
- Coordinate Civil, Structural, Architectural, and MEP works
- Review drawings, specifications, shop drawings, and material submittals
- Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with the approved programme
- Resolve technical and construction related issues
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and contractual requirements
- Monitor subcontractor performance and site productivity
- Prepare progress reports and attend project coordination meetings
- Support timely project delivery within budget and schedule
- Manage project handover activities and coordinate with authorities for approvals
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience with a building contractor in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, project coordination, and contract requirements
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem solving skills
- Valid UAE Driving License
