- Perform and review complex engineering calculations and technical analyses.
- Review and coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP shop drawings for technical accuracy and constructability.
- Prepare, review, and approve technical submittals, material submissions, method statements, and engineering documentation.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP engineers, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to resolve technical issues.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers and engineering coordinators.
- Support Technical Manager in resolving multidisciplinary design conflicts and engineering challenges.
- Participate in value engineering initiatives to improve constructability and project efficiency.
- Attend technical meetings and provide engineering recommendations.
- Assist with authority submissions and technical approvals when required.
- Maintain accurate engineering records, revisions, and project documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related discipline
- 8–12 years of relevant experience in technical engineering and construction
- Minimum 4 years of UAE experience in a Senior Technical Engineer or similar role
- Fluency in English (Turkish preferred)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, Navisworks, Microsoft Office, and engineering design software

Qualifications

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, Navisworks, Microsoft Office, and engineering design software.
- Excellent understanding of UAE construction standards and regulations.
