- Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with project specifications and company standards
- Lead and supervise the QA/QC engineers, inspectors, and quality personnel across multiple construction sites
- Prepare, review, and maintain Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), quality procedures, and inspection checklists
- Manage the material inspection and testing program, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with project requirements
- Coordinate inspections with consultants, clients, and third party testing laboratories
- Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, applicable codes, and quality standards
- Identify, investigate, and manage Non Conformance Reports (NCRs), corrective actions, and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Conduct internal quality audits and monitor the implementation of corrective measures
- Review material submittals, method statements, and quality documentation prior to site execution
- Maintain quality records, inspection reports, material testing logs, and project documentation
- Support project teams in resolving quality related issues and promoting best practices
- Participate in project meetings and provide regular quality performance reports to senior management
Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control within the construction industry
- Minimum 4 years of UAE experience in a QA/QC leadership role
- Proven experience in villa, residential, commercial, or mixed use construction projects
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline
- Strong knowledge of construction quality standards, inspection procedures, and quality management systems
- Fluency in English (Professional working proficiency in Turkish is preferred)

About the Role
- We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Team Leader to establish, implement, and manage the project's Quality Management System (QMS).
- You will lead the QA/QC inspection team, oversee the material testing program, coordinate directly with consultants and client quality representatives, and ensure that all non conformances are identified, corrected, and prevented.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- 8–12 years of relevant experience in QA/QC within the construction industry.
- Minimum 4 years of UAE experience in a QA/QC Team Leader or similar role is a must.
- Strong knowledge of construction quality standards, inspection procedures, and quality management systems.
- Experience with villa developments, high end residential projects, or large scale building construction is preferred.
- Familiarity with UAE building codes, authority regulations, and international quality standards.
- Professional certifications such as ISO 9001 Lead Auditor/Internal Auditor or equivalent are an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality documentation systems.

- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), and construction quality procedures.
