Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or equivalent planning software
- Prepare baseline schedules, work breakdown structures (WBS), and project execution plans
- Monitor project progress against approved schedules and identify deviations from planned milestones
- Analyze critical path activities and recommend recovery plans to mitigate delays
- Prepare short term, medium term, and long term construction programs
- Perform resource planning, resource leveling, and cost loading to optimize project performance
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and procurement teams to ensure schedule alignment
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and schedule performance analyses
- Monitor procurement, engineering, and construction activities to ensure timely completion
- Conduct delay analysis, extension of time (EOT) assessments, and schedule impact evaluations
- Support risk identification and mitigation through effective planning and forecasting
- Participate in project meetings and provide schedule updates to senior management and stakeholders
Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience in construction planning and project controls
- Minimum 4 years of UAE experience in a similar role
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related discipline
- Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6
- Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling methodologies, and project controls
- Fluency in English (Professional working proficiency in Turkish is preferred)

Role Overview
- A well established Turkish company with core business of Contracting wants to hire a highly analytical and detail oriented professional to drive project planning and ensure the timely delivery of high end villa developments across the UAE.
- We are looking for a highly analytical and structured Planning Engineer to develop, update, and manage the master construction schedules for our villa development projects.
Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related discipline.
- 8–12 years of relevant experience in construction planning and project controls.
- Minimum 4 years of UAE experience in a similar role is a must.
- Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling methodologies, and project controls.
- Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 is essential.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and project reporting tools is an advantage.
- Experience in resource planning, cost loading, earned value management (EVM), and delay analysis.
- Strong understanding of UAE construction practices, contracts, and project delivery processes.

- Ability to identify project risks and develop recovery strategies.
