Responsibilities
- Manage all architectural construction activities from project start to completion
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors
- Ensure architectural drawings and design intent are accurately executed on site
- Supervise interior fit outs, façade works, architectural finishes, and landscape construction
- Review shop drawings, material submittals, and construction methodologies
- Monitor project progress, quality, cost, and schedules
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, building codes, and HSE requirements
- Lead snagging, de snagging, and project handover activities
- Prepare progress reports and coordinate with project stakeholders
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in architectural construction and project execution
- Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in a similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Strong understanding of architectural detailing, finishing works, façade systems, and construction methodologies
- Knowledge of UAE building regulations and authority requirements
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project management software
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem solving skills
- Fluency in English (Turkish is an advantage)

Hiring: Architectural Construction Manager | UAE
- A well established Turkish company with core business of Contracting wants to hire an experienced Architectural Construction Manager to lead the execution of architectural works from design to site completion.
- Location: United Arab Emirates
Experience Required
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in architectural construction and project execution.
- Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in a similar role is a must.
- Experience in residential, commercial, hospitality, or mixed use developments is highly preferred.
- Fluency in English (Professional working proficiency in Turkish is an advantage).
About the Role
- We are looking for an Architectural Construction Manager with a keen eye for design execution and deep technical construction knowledge.
- You will oversee the transition from architectural drawings to physical reality on site.
- Ensure that structural elements perfectly align with architectural layouts and that all interior fit outs, façade treatments, and landscape details are executed flawlessly while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.
