Position Summary

  • The Sr. Specialist will support the Manager in driving a fast paced QSR account, uncovering powerful insights from market, consumer, and competitive data across global landscapes.
  • This role is built for someone who thrives on curiosity, thinks analytically, communicates with clarity, and collaborates seamlessly across teams.

Research & Data Analysis

  • Develop models and create insightful reports that provide strategic recommendations to support the media planning team.
  • Dive deep into diverse data sources (e.g., Global Web Index, Vividata) and transform complex datasets into sharp, insight led narratives.
  • Lead the development of competitive intelligence by synthesizing market activity, category dynamics, and cultural signals into compelling stories.
  • Decode market nuances and media landscape shifts, translating them into forward thinking insights.
  • Play a key role in new business pitches across agencies, bringing data to life through persuasive storytelling.

Tool & Methodology Excellence

  • Champion the research tool ecosystem across Publicis Media, driving adoption, deepening methodological expertise.
  • Lead the integration of AI powered solutions into everyday workflows, designing smarter processes.

Cross Functional Collaboration

  • Immerse yourself in cross agency workstreams, actively contributing to high impact client and internal projects.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders across teams.

Required Experience & Skills

  • Bring 4+ years of experience in research and/or media (agency or media owner preferred).
  • Deep familiarity with syndicated data sources (e.g., GWI, Vividata, Numeris, ComScore).
  • Working knowledge of market mix modeling (MMM).
  • Apply strong analytical and quantitative thinking to decode datasets.
  • Demonstrate a working understanding of media planning principles and terminology.
  • Excel in organization and stakeholder management.
  • Show initiative and a proactive approach to problem solving.
  • Harness advanced Microsoft Office capabilities (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Bring solid understanding of primary and custom research methodologies.
