About the Role
We are looking for a creative Content Creator to join our Agile Content Studio. You will shoot photography and videography, edit videos, create content for social media platforms, and collaborate with the team to develop cross-platform content strategies.

- Shoot all photography and videography in the in house content studio and outside
- Perform video editing and animation
- Create, edit, and source visual content for Instagram and TikTok
- Formulate cross platform content strategy
- Brainstorm with team members to develop new ideas
- Provide editorial, creative, and technical support to team members
- Manage status updates with clients and teams, recap emails, lead partner meetings
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in communications, graphic design, photography, or equivalent work experience
- 2 years agency experience or in a similar role
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and Photoshop
- Experience shooting and creating content for organic and/or paid social media
- Bilingual (English/Arabic) proficiency is ideal
- Willingness to travel domestically and regionally within the ME

Primary Function
- Work with clients and client teams to conceptualize, ideate and execute agile content and production for a platform up world.
- The Agile Content Studio brings nimbleness to brand communications.
Responsibilities
- Shoot all photography and videography in the in house content studio & outside the studio.
- Perform Video Editing & Animation.
- Perform retouching and manipulation of images.
- Creating video treatments and storyboard for video ideas.
- Create, edit and source visual content for Instagram and TikTok (videos, photos, reels, GIFs…etc.).
- Creating content to several social platforms on the fly.
- Organize the content library in an easy to navigate way for internal and external parties.
- Stay atop of current content and technology trends.
- Formulating a cross platform content strategy.
- Brainstorm with team members to develop new ideas.
- Provide editorial, creative and technical support to team members.
- Lead the content approval process with the client.
Knowledge & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in communications, graphic design, photography or equivalent work experience.
- Bi lingual (English / Arabic) proficiency is ideal.
- 2 years agency experience or in a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects.
- Hands on experience using post production and design software such as Adobe Premiere, After Effects & Photoshop is a Must.
- Experience directing and running photoshoots.
- Excellent at color correction and color grading.
- Candidates must be willing and able to travel both domestically and regionally within the ME.
