Role Overview

  • The Senior Social Media Manager will be responsible for leading the social media strategy and execution for our client in a Social Media, Digital, & Creative Scope.
  • The primary focus will be to develop and implement effective social media campaigns that align with the client's business objectives and drive engagement and growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
  • At least 7 9 years of experience in social media marketing, with a focus on managing social media campaigns and leading a team.
  • Proven experience managing social media channels on various platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Experience in developing and implementing successful social media campaigns, including creative development, media planning, and reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.

Technical & Product

  • Have a deep understanding of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
  • Manage and monitor all social media channels by tracking and analyzing performance metrics.
  • Make sure team is creating content on social media that aligns with the brand's overall social media strategy.
  • Use social media tools effectively to monitor, track, and analyze metrics.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of numbers and analytics to make data driven decisions.
  • Knowledge in media and promotion strategies to drive effective content distribution.

Business Acumen & Operational Efficiency

  • Have a strong understanding of the client's business goals and how social media marketing can help achieve them.
  • Collaborate closely with the client and internal team members to ensure that social media content is on brand and aligned with overall marketing objectives.
  • Ensure efficient and effective project management of social media campaigns, including timely and accurate reporting.

  • Use creative ideation to develop unique and innovative social media campaign ideas.
  • Use analytical reasoning to track and analyze social media metrics, and to make data driven decisions.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing.
