Responsibilities
- Generating new business across the Middle East by independently targeting new clients
- Managing a portfolio of up to 50 accounts (Key and Developing) with a focus on growing revenue
- Curating tailored learning solutions from a world class content portfolio
- Building and presenting your own quarterly sales strategy
- Running the full sales cycle from lead generation through to contract close and handover
- Collaborating in team BD sessions and contributing to account storms
- Following up on marketing generated leads and converting them into opportunities
Requirements
- Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in L&D, EdTech, SaaS or professional services
- Track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets
- Confident presenter – comfortable pitching to senior stakeholders
- Experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously
- UAE or GCC market experience preferred
- CRM discipline (Salesforce or similar)
