Responsibilities
- Build and execute multi channel outbound sequences (LinkedIn, email, phone) targeting enterprise buyers across real estate, healthcare, education, and government
- Research and identify high value accounts using Clay, Apollo.io, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Manage LinkedIn automation campaigns with strong targeting and personalisation
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads against the Ideal Customer Profile and hand off SQLs to the BDM
- Maintain CRM hygiene and accurate pipeline data
- Report weekly on activity metrics, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution
Requirements
- 2+ years in an outbound SDR or BDR role at a B2B SaaS company, ideally selling to enterprise accounts
- Hands on experience with Clay, Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and LinkedIn automation tools
- A proven track record of hitting or exceeding prospecting quotas — meetings booked and pipeline generated
- Experience selling into the UAE or GCC market with an understanding of regional buying cycles
- Strong written and verbal English; Arabic is a significant plus
- Available to work on site in Dubai, 5 days per week

Role Overview
- Are you an experienced outbound SDR looking to join a fast growing enterprise software company in Dubai as their next Sales Development Representative?
- As the first dedicated SDR on the team, you’ll own the top of the funnel — building pipeline across enterprise accounts in the UAE and GCC, and feeding a high value sales motion targeting some of the region’s biggest organisations.

What will you be doing?
