About the Role
A fast-growing fragrance and beauty brand in Dubai seeks an Assistant Quality Manager to own production, supplier, and packaging quality. You will manage nonconformities end-to-end and help build a quality management system from the ground up.

Responsibilities
- Manage nonconformities end to end, including root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions
- Work with external manufacturers and packaging component suppliers on specifications and resolving quality issues
- Support development and documentation of a formal quality management system, including ISO alignment and SOPs
- Collaborate with product development and packaging teams to ensure quality is built into the process
- Support physical distribution quality and B2C consumer complaint handling as needed
Requirements
- Hands on quality experience in beauty, cosmetics, fragrance, or FMCG production environment
- Exposure to ISO, QMS, and CAPA
- Experience managing nonconformities independently
- Strong communication and cross functional skills
- Supplier or packaging component quality experience is a strong advantage

Role Overview

- Company is investing in its quality function and needs an Assistant Quality Manager to support the Quality Manager.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing nonconformities end to end, including root cause analysis and CAPA.
- Working with external manufacturers and packaging component suppliers on specifications and quality issues.
- Supporting development and documentation of a formal QMS, including ISO alignment and SOPs.
- Collaborating with product development and packaging teams to ensure quality is built into the process.
- Supporting physical distribution quality and B2C consumer complaint handling as needed.
What We Need
- Hands on quality experience within beauty, cosmetics, fragrance or FMCG production environment.
- Exposure to ISO, QMS and CAPA.
- Experience managing nonconformities independently.
- Strong communication skills and comfort working cross functionally.
- Supplier or packaging component quality experience is a strong advantage.
